Hey there! I think that you should do some research and find out how much it will actually cost to have him neutered. Neutering prevents undesireable traits (like humping and SPRAYING URINE! YUK!) as well as some diseases. Find a good small animal vet and discuss price and go from there. Save up the money if you have to. Neutering him will likely save you money and frustration in the long run. Good luck!

Neutering is the best thing for your bunny. Psychologically, physically, emotionally and biologically. It will stop the humping and spraying of urine, as well as the numerous health benefits that go along with it internally. Yes, neutering is expensive, but rabbits can leave on average 10 years....don't you want your bunny to be happy and healthy?

Good luck.

Give him a stuffed animal.
I really recommend neutering though. I had a female that humped people's arms and when we got her spayed it solved the problem. Neutering also discourages biting and improves litterbox habits.
