Cause their customer service reps are either liars, misinformed or really bad guessers. I'm very frustrated at this company, that we pay so much for such bad service; getting out of the contract without costing you a small fortune is impossible. Anyone heard anything?

no,I even have tried i presumed it replaced into blocked, in spite of if it wasnt and that i reported something like whats cooking good looking or something lame like that and that they knew it replaced into me, soooo not cool! i choose it did artwork however!
