I think AVG is better. It uses less system resources and it free!!
It can also detect many viruses

AVG is better do to the fact that is cheaper... They both do the same job. Avg also has a better interface and easier to use and maintain updated.

This site shows the results of independent tests of AV programs. The percentage represents the amount of test viruses the programs the AV detected and removed. Nod32 and AVG are listed.

AVG runs much faster and takes us less memory.
I've been using it for over 2 years and I've have ZERO problems..

I used to havve avg and i was good for a while...then i had avg and Ad-aware SE personal at the same time and ad-aware caught things that avg didnt...so i suggest you go with ad-aware...

i prefer avg . . . i dont actually know which uses less resources i just know that i have not had a single virus problem whilst using avg!
