To remove eye makeup I use baby oil with aloe vera. Then I scrub my face with sugar (an excellent exfoliant) then I wash it my face with Neturogena's oil free face wash. Works great for me.

A super cheap and effective make up remover is Clean and Clear Foaming Makeup Remover...It comes in a blue bottle but I wear a lot of black eye make up and I find that it's super gentle on the skin, yet removes all signs of makeup very efficiently with little effort.

Vichy Makeup remover in a large clear bottle (can't find a pic) for my face. It's gentle, and it really gets into my pores to remove makeup.
Oil of Olay Cream remover in a small teal-green bottle with a black cap, for my eyes since I wear waterproof mascara. It's creamy, and it really gets all the black waterproof stuff off, even my liquid eyeliner from Makeup Forever (which is like paint, I swear).

Rimmel Eye Makeup Remover and then cleanser and water. If you're too lazy or too tired, go with Ponds towelettes make up remover with cucumber and aloe. That's a quick way to get the mission accomplished.

I use Bare Escentuals i.d. bareEyes for my eye makeup but i find that Dove original soap in the bar with a warm washcloth can remove any makeup, even waterproof mascara and it's never too harsh on my skin or drying.

After paying tons of money for a bunch of name brands I have found that Ponds removes very well, with a clear stroke and it leaves the skin feeling SO soft!

Mary Kay oil free eye makeup remover. It's non-irritating , you need very little and it removes waterproof mascara wonderfully! For my face I use MK timewise cleanser and moisturizer-they also have cleansing wipes, which i hear are great.

F.A.C.E. eye makeup remover form the Sephora website....really cheap...only about $5 for the smaller one and $8 for the bigger one......works great......
or if u want a better, cheaper, and easier way to remover ur eye makeup--try dabbing a little Vaseline BODY LOTION (NOT the petroleum jelly)....and take ur eye makuep off with that...
as for my entire makep removal- i just wash my face and then use oil of olat or huggie baby wipes to take off any traces of makeup.....

Almay makes a good remover - I really liked their pre-soaked pads. Or if you're make up isn't too heavy -Cetaphil can also work. I have sensitive skin and both removes make up without irritation.
