There are several online webpage resources with various levels of diagrams and repair instructions. Most, though, require you to buy the guide from them and also sell parts and propretary tools to disassemble components.

Console repair is a popular market, so many shops make it difficult to get this info, to prevent undercutting their market.

You would have to find a freelance schematic drawer to do that for you. Nintendo has that information on lock and key, I'm sure.
