I think this is a toss up....but I'm gonna give it to C-Webb. C-Webb could dribble & shoot from outside.

at first you can say kemp is better than c-webb but if you like statistics of these players c-webb is much more better than kemp and career average of webber is 21,1 points 9,9 rebs 4,3 assists 1,5 steals 1,4 blocks in 802 games it shows the winner is C-WEBB

The "Rain Man" is the better player all around. Absolutely EXPLOSIVE on the run, jumping ability and spin moves. Sad outcome though for Kemp. C-Webb has bounced all over the league, not strong and too finesse of a player.

I personally liked Shawn Kemp when he was in his prime. Dude could dunk on anybody, post up and drain the three. Him and Gary Payton were the only real threats to Jordan's Bulls. Plus guy has banging all sorts of chicks and fathered like 10+ kids so that should count for something.

webber was IMO. kemp, to me resembled many of the straight outta high school players in the league today with his overwhelming athleticism. he improved in many facets of the game over his career years but his athleticism stuck out and kept him in the league...until he ate himself out of it.
webber was very athletic in his own right though not blessed with as much hang time or hops as kemp. his mitts for hands made it easier for him to rebound when he wanted to get physical. his passing was extraordinary for his size and he has a high basketball IQ.
take their athleticism away (which already happened) and u'll find webber still in the league as a very serviceable player for the pistons...while kemp is still looking for a job.
give the both of them their athelticism back, webber is still better, but kemp is close.
kemp does have one big advantage: 1 finals nba finals appearance as one of the the main guys on his team

Agreed on choosing Chris. He had a more complete game. He worked hard with a shooting coach to develop his jump shot on both sides of the arc and his free throw.
