It all depends on your background and the job you've got. But as someone who has taught several of these certification classes in the past, I've known of students who have gotten better pay and/or promotions as a result.

Either way, additional training, or something that separates YOU out from others is a good thing!

It will help but ultimately it is up to your employer to take in consideration your qualities and give you a better pay.
Keep in mind that the ideal on their end is to pay you the minimum for the work. This will mean more $$$ available for the administration selectively.

I have three certificates and all they want is college degree (BA).

It hasn't help me get a higher paycheck and I passed with a 4.0 and highest in my class.

Only if the job you apply for requires it. If you apply for construction worker, i'm sure it won't help that much.
