I'd highly recommend investing in some clipart CDs. You can get some from Office Depot (or Max) for about $10 or less. They generally come with 10000+ images and are really great.

As the first answerer stated, MS Word has some good clip art. If there's nothing you like, you can go to MS Office online and they have other clip art available for download.

Microsoft word has some good ones in it's clip art. Otherwise....go to any scrapbook supply website or store and scan in stickers you can buy for pennies. Many are VERY realistic.
