Actually there is a specific time you should try to plan your sexual intercorse to have higher chances of having a boy. Male sperm only stay alive for 24 hours and female sperm can stay alive for up to 4 days. To plan a boy you should not have sex until 24 hours prior to the day you will ovulate to have a higher chance of having a boy. Boy sperm swim faster so they will reach the egg faster then the girl sperms. but if you have sex prior to ovulating the sperm already up there waiting will be all female.Good luck.

Some say that if you have sex on the first day of ovulation it is possible to have a boy anyday after or before it can be a girl. Some is not fact or fiction but it is also what the lord wants you to have.

Boy sperm are faster but don't live as long as girl sperm. Therefore, having intercourse closer to your ovulation date and NOT before insures that the boy sperm get there first. http://www.fertilitygal.com offers a free online ovulation calendar that shows you when you are most likely to concieve a girl vs a boy. It also has an article on the subject http://www.fertilitygal.com/Fertility-News-You-Can-Use/Conceiving-a-Girl.htm that explains it. Good luck!

I don't know if it's the best time to concieve a boy or not, but it's the best time to have sex if you want to get pregnant. You can also look up baby months on google...and if you 'believe' in that sort of thing you can have sex during a certain month or time inorder to get a boy or a girl. For example....I concieved in May and had my baby in January. 80% of the babies concieved in May will be born in January and will be a girl. I had a girl. So, if you believe in that kinda thing, you can look it up and base your answer on that.

During Ovulation is the best/only time to conceive. When you conceive doesn't have anything to do with deciding if its a boy or a girl. the sperms are boys or girls witch ever one get to the egg and fertilizes it first is how the gender is decided.

It's the best time to conceive.... period. The outcome of the gender cannot be manipulated regardless of when the woman conceives nor the [sexual] position she was in at the time of conception.
