I have never heard the term "Real" be applied to radioactive elements in the fashion you suggest. Could you provide an example of how that term was used?

All the elements passed #92 - uranium were produced in a laboratory. As far as i know they prove what the daughter element is and back calculate to determne if they found a new element.
