Somebody create a html document in my computer and I want to access that page to see who create it

Right click and select "edit". It is just a text document.

If you didn't create it, it's probably part of a virus and you probably don't want to open it.

If you are truly desperate to see it, then RIGHT-CLICK on the document and choose Open With. Then pick notepad off the list. This will show you the underlying HTML code and may give you a clue as to the source....

Open the html file with IE. From the menu bar select View | Source. Notepad will open it to view it. That way you can look at what's on the page in the browser and keep track of where you are in the text version in Notepad.

You can open .html documents with Notepad or Word but that may not tell you who put it there.

All you have to do is look it up on the web. Next you will drag it onto your desktop. Or first save it in a file and then drag it onto your desktop.
