It depends on what you're trying to quit.
Snorting Meth? Yeah, probably.
Showering? Probably not.

Not really knowing the problem, and in your circumstances, I would sit and write the problem down, how it became a problem or why and the results of the actions. That should give you a pretty good idea of whether you should quit or not. At least you will have guide to look at with the facts if spelling doesn't become an obstacle. You might want to use spell check or have someone proofread your work so you do not become confused or thing something else to solve your problem.. God knows you do not need two problems.
