I have met someone on Craigs list whom is in the same situation as me. A single mother.
I have two girls 7mo. old and 13 yr. old.
So we will be roomates if everything runs smoothly. What kind of questions should I make a priority on the list of questions.

How about a criminal background check? Family history, including medical hx especially mental illness, last three places she lived, references,....

Well the first question I would ask is what is her daycare situation like. She may be nice and all but who knows how many times she will ask or even expect you to watch her child. That is the only one I can come up with now.

Whether you all will have visitors, ie especially boyfriends to come to the house, because of you alls children. I think all company and dating should be done outside of the home.
How will the bills be shared.
Whether there will be alcohol, smoking, and or drugs in the home. Also weapons.
