It's the Lenten season so go with seafood if you're Catholic. Just put the fish in a piece of aluminum foil, sprinkle some salt and pepper on it, squeeze a little lemon on it, close up the foil and cook it for about 20 to 25 minutes in the oven at 375 degrees. When the fish is flaky, it's done. Cook up some rice on the stove, and steam some broccoli in the microwave. It's a very healthy, light, and tasty dinner. Bon Appetit!!!!! (and invite me over)

Two one half cup portions of vegetables
a green salad with lite dressing
a serving of fruit
a glass of water and/or a cup or two of weak tea!
