There are two such batteries that started with the letter Q.
There are only records of three catchers with last name Q: Jamie Quirk, Humberto Quintero and Guillermo Quiroz. (If I miss any, they didn't have the games to qualify for my query.)
It is already established Quirk threw to Quizenberry.
Guillermo Quiroz did not have any teammates who were pitchers and had last name starting with Q.
However, on June 4, 2005, on the Astros, Quintero started the game, and in the 8th inning, John Franco was taken out of the game for Chad Qualls. Qualls threw an inning, so there is at least one other inning where a Q-battery played.

Was it Dan Quisenberry and Jamie Quirk? They played for the KC Royals in the 80s.
