you can get STDs from it, but if he has tested negative, then probably not (have you ever watched House? One of his mottos is that "Everybody lies." You will have to decide if you actually trust that he has come out negative.)
If you are under 18, I wouldn't do it. You could get a reputation that, trust me, you don't want. There are some other consequences to it besides just STDs. Emotional, future relationships, etc.

a really bad rep. boys don't keep those kinds of secrets. THat'smy biggest regret about school right there. And I was a virgin.
