I would go with something just wavy and beachy like Mischa Barton or Jessica Biel.

For makeup..

go natural on the eyes. to much eye make up makes it look like you are asking for it. use a little bit of bronzer on your nose, forehead, and cheekbones (it will make your skin glow), and use a slightly, barely there, pink lip gloss.

I would wear a gray shirt with a really cute pair of light blue jeans
also, wear sparkly pink eyeshadow so it pops with the gray shirt for a girly effect

in the winter: calm colors, like white, brown, indigo, light pink....

Spring: light blue, yelloow,orange....etc..not too bright!! like neons
