who mutilated the smiths?

i caught a snip of radio 1 the other day and they were playing a god awful R&B song, sounded familiar, turned out that someone has sacrificed "stop me if you've heard this one before" by morrissey and marr.

who is it? im curious.

WHAT? are you serious? R&B? thats just weird. I dont know the answer to this, but will make it my mission to find out, i read an interview with Morrissey where he said he's no longer selling the rights to his songs, so i find this strange
