Almost every day I sleep in until noon even if I go to bed early and I need to try and stop, but I don't know how.

If this has been going on for a while, you might need to check with your physician, it may be your diet, you lack a certain protein or even iron or it could be just your body telling you -- you need a break! An alarm also works nicely as well as getting onto a good sleep schedule! :)

Give yourself a reason to get up. That's all you gotta do. Give yourself a task in the morning that will screw your day up if you dont get up. Work out or do homework or whatever just some sort of thing you can get into a habit over and before you know it your body will wake up before your alarm goes off.

Get a job that schedules you to report for duty at 7 or 8 AM daily. It will be difficult getting into the routine at first but in time you will adapt and actually feel better physically and mentally.

set an alarm earlier and earlier but at a consistant pace so your not too tired. ur body will get used to this after a while and will know that its time to get up.

Set your alarm and will yourself to get up. Laziness is a choice.

If you healthy, meaning you eat the right foods, and drink plenty of water, and take exercise, your body is like a program, it will automatically want to get up and go. Insteading of lying in, its all in the head, you can do anything you want if you put your mind to it......
