More details my friends say she was in her office and since its a small comapny shes the only recepionist there and she said that one of her co workers tryed to rape her in the office. She managed to get away but now shes scared to go back to work. Please help her with this situation!

Call the company security IMMEDIATELY, and if there is none, call the security officer for the company.
DO NOT DELAY!! If she does, it could hurt her credibility if she reports it later.

Can you say 911? This is a problem for the law to handle.
