Yeah it works having a good night out on the town recharges your battery so to say. Well for the married or serious dating couples it can help recharge the romance as well if you catch my drift. My wife and I try to go out clubbing or just out for a nice meal once or twice a month or more but it can be hard on the budget but well we are just a couple of ***** double income no kids yeah hoo.
If you both work Monday through Friday plan for Saturday
make reservations at a nice restaurant you both like or something new. and put on your dancing shoes. If you have kids well get yourself a babysitter and see if they can
pull a stay over o a family member that way you and the BFcan go to a hotel and make some of those animal noises you have been neglecting to make for awhile

It does work for a lot of people. Some people complain that there's no spontinaity, but on the other hand, you're able to plan for it. When our lives get busy, how often is it that your schedule and your husband's plans clash? You may not even know how often, because his plans may just dissapear when he finds out it won't work. My wife doesn't even have the slightest clue how many fantastic ideas she's ruined by things as simple as having a friend there when I showed up after work. But Fridays are all about my wife. Our son gets sent off to either my parents' or her mom's and we go out. I can make plans for absolutely anything: dancing, dinner, skydiving (if we have the money and want to) anything at all.

Yes. Its very healthy to take time out for the two of you. We get busy with our lives and sometimes overlook our partner. If you set aside a day a week to spend quality time together it really brings you closer. Make sure you two go out or spend the night in bed catching up on your sex life but make sure the kids are away for the night or rent a hotel room and catch up. It really will bring back the spark. You both have to want it though for date night to work!

YES! My boyfriend and I live togather. So to spice up the romantic part we plan them about once a month. We pick a date and time, he then shows up at the door nocks i let him in then we leave to go on our date movies, dinner, bowling, ect. Its kinda fun it reminds me of when we first started dating. After our date we then come home go to bed and get up and start our days.

The wife and I have done this sporadically in the past. I really enjoy it, but the opportunities are few and far between. Our schedules don't really permit us a lot of time for things like this, but when we do have the opportunity, we usually take advantage of it. I think it's helped us.

Hell yes, I am married and we have "dates", you know, dinner a movie, going to the carnival, going to the lake. You must take time for fun and leisure in order to release stress.
