they supposidly are but who really knows? the tabloids are most of the time just making it up or they really don't know what's up, Pete is too good for her and he deserves someone better, like ME! =D

He isn't dating her or anyone else. He said on the band's website that he wasn't dating anyone. http://www6.falloutboyrock.com/falloutboy/blog_detail.php?uf_item_id=2-1548507&uf_system_id=2 In the new Rolling Stone with Fall Out Boy on the cover Pete said that he though Ashlee Simspon was cute but they woundn't ever date in this univerise but maybe another one. (He was joking saying that he will never date her alhtough he thinks that she is cool.)
