Just ask your mum to get you a maths tutor.....I'm also not very talented in maths either and the thing is is that I'm in the highest set so I have a lot of pressure on me to live up to the standards of everyone else in the class. So I got so fed up one day of never being able to understand anything from my teacher that I just got a maths tutor outside of school and he's brilliant! He makes everything so much clearer for me and I'm improving a lot.
Never tell yourself your bad at maths because I always used to do that and it always made me think that I could never improve because I'm so hopeless. So I've stopped with that attitude now and I've begun to actually enjoy maths! :O

First, quit cheating - you're not doing yourself any favors. What are you going to do next year when you don't have a teacher that lets you do these things? What about tests? You can't keep getting by with this - eventually, you're going to learn how to do it. Go to your teacher and ask if he/she can recommend someone to tutor you. Warning - by doing this - you'll probably end up failing the class for cheating, but what better way to learn the stuff than to take the class twice. I failed Geometry the first time and had to retake it the following year and got an A. We all have things we're not good at and sometimes it just takes us longer to get it - it's nothing to be ashamed of and neither is getting help.

You're not doing very well in English either I see.
Don't cheat... seriously man. You cheat yourself when you come on here rambling incoherently like somebody who doesn't even know english. Why is that... you grew up here, right? How's it going to feel when you're 40 years old and still working in Burger King, stirring onion rings in the grease pit?
Ask your teacher for extra help, do your homework FIRST THING when you get home and then go spend the rest of the night how you want. When you start going to school with your work turned in on time and start getting good grades, it's the best feeling in the world growing up. The worst is always feeling like you're less than the other students when every time your teacher asks for an assignment, you try to hide from her or make an excuse. You know that deep rumbling feeling in your gut... it's called shame.
It goes away when you start making an effort.

Man, I bet most people will tell you not to cheat but I would do the same thing if my teacher was dumb enough to let us grade our own papers. To get out of it I would just start devoting 30 minutes-to an an hour a day just trying to study and catch up and if that doesnt work just keep doin what your doing. That teacher is a moron if they dont think people will cheat when its that easy

math is difficult for alot of people, including myself.
to survive math class you have to do three things.
1. take notes and pay attention in class
notes are crucial to success you can go back to them and figure out how to solve a problem. and if you dont understand a part of the lecture raise your hand! ask a question! thats how you learn! there is no shame in asking a question and understanding the material.
2. doing the homework
a must. it reinforces everything you already learned. it makes all that static knowledge turn into concrete.
3. study
you can do this multiple ways. by yourself, with a friend, with a tutor, with a teacher, ANYTHING AND ANYBODY. anything to get you to know the material is fair game.
go all out. ask questions. do the homework. study like theres no tomorrow. you can do it. to be smart you have to try.
best of luck to you!

Try looking online. There are a lot of sites with math help, homework help, etc. Try even posting confusing math problems here, someone is bound to help you. Ask your school about any free tutoring program and look in the newspaper as well.

Your next teacher probably won't let you correct your own test then the truth will come out. Admit what you did and ask for help. In the long run you will be better off.

Come clean. The longer you keep on lying, the harder it's going to get to be honest in the end. See your teacher privately, tell him/her what you've been doing and that you want help because you have decided to do the right thing and learn your stuff. You'll get credit for your honesty, believe me.
