How do i make my background picture on myspace scroll up and down? I dont like how it shows the same picture over and over and you see like multiple copies of the picture, i want the background picture to scroll up and down as people scroll down and up on the page.

That's a layout issue, here's a link that will help you edit your profile. Click background image "yes" then you can upload the image you want, and choose the position you like for it. There are many more things you can do. Have fun!
