I don't think he'd make it, you can only balance that whole
vicodan/fried chickem/booze/percodan diet before your kidneys explode or something. I went on a whiskey and vicodan bender for like 2 years, my kidneys hate me and tell me so every morning. But thats another story for another day.
I guess is he WAS alive, hed still be fat and stupid and racist.
hed just have greyer hair.

Do you know how OLD Elvis would be if he were still alive? I think he'd used up his influence on the music world a long time before he died. So I'm guessing music would be very little changed.

I don't think music would be any different because by the time he died he really wasnt a huge star anymore. And I don't think he did as much for music as he said people said he did. I've always liked Buddy Holly better and think he's had more of an influence than Elvis Presely.

No, but thinking about it I assume it would be much like it is today except with one less gig at a suburban summer festival each week for the least significant still-touring band from the 60s.
