ummm...does anyone have any ideas on how i can lose leg and belly fat before june? i'm thinking somewhere along the lines of 10+ lbs. i'm not fat or anything, i just wanna have a bit slimmer stomach and legs so i can wear a two piece bikini. and um...no diet pills please. :) thanx!

So it sounds lame, but the best way to lose weight is to eat right and exercise. I go running a lot, that's a great way. But for specifically getting rid of stomach and leg fat, I recommend crunches (best way to get ab muscle!) and other similar stretches/activities (push-ups, lunges, etc.). I know it's not really exciting, but it works really well. And remember to eat healthy, but not stress out over that. And make sure you get enough to eat (without overeating of course). Exercise increases your metabolism (burning the fat from the food you eat), and undereating decreases it!

why don't u try limiting the amount of food you eat. Inclusively, you could try exercising like 30 minutes a day and I'm positive that will help.

i just ate healthy and exercised a lot by going to the gym every morning
sure it was tiring but it paid off i look great

balanced diet and regular exercise...you've got 3 months so you've plenty of time to change any bad eating habits and get in to shape-good luck :D

Do some aerobic exercise, weight lifting, or both. Also walking would be good too!

walking and lots of it (no going around the block and going home!) and go EVERY DAY!! alos, no candy or chips of course and make sure you eat breakfast because that curbs your appetite for the day. good luck
