My neighbours talking and there TV that seems to be stuck on a high volume. Then I cannot get back to sleep and then I start thinking and worrying about the little things :(

Absolutely nothing. Really, I can sleep well for the most part. It is my escape so to speak. If the world ended in the morning I would sleep through it.
