It is possible to do this.
What you must do is share your dial-up connection on your PC. This is done by opening up the connection properties and on the advanced tab click 'Allow other network users to connect to the Internet through this connection'.
You then have to set your wireless PC to use your modem-PC as a gateway and you'll have a (very slow) wireless Internet connection.

No, dial up connects via the phone line and a wireless router uses a cable connection. They're incompatible.

They're working on making a dialup wireless router. It might take a while for the invention to be finished, but for now, you can't do that.

Yes, technically you can, but it would be difficult to set up. You would need one computer with the modem to share it's internet connection with the rest of the network. Getting a computer to share it's connection can get tricky, especially after Windows XP service pack 2a.
