The paint on the inside of my microwave oven is chipped. Will that cause the oven to leak radiation? Do I need to replace the microwave oven because the paint inside is chipped?

No it shouldn't cause Radiation, but on the flip side, there is a inner cavity spray paint you can purchase from any hardware store for like 5$, that can fix that problem, ...

Microwaves don't use radiation. The microwaves accelerate the activity of molecules. The more activity, the more friction between the molecules. This friction generates heat. Voila!

NO. that would be an unacceptable risk and not allowed. Imagine if that was all you had to do to create a radiation or nuclear device! They use radio waves. see the link below for how they work.

it might. put 4 turtles and a rat in there and let it go for 5 min or so. see if you make some teenage mutant ninja turtles.
