Well it completly depends on what she likes. Give her something she would remember years from now even if its something little. But maybe triggers a memory you and her had together then it would be a special present. And if all else fails go to amazon.com and search for a gift there!!

How about the driver's manuel for her state? You should be able to get it on-line.
Send he fifteen of something like her favorite candy bar.
How about a $15. gift certificiate at Blockbuster plus treats for a movie night?
Turning 15 - the olny change is getting your learner's permit. Something related to driving is my best idea.
