think that everyperson on gods green earth can only learn and understand one subject in school
in stead of,, looking for a aperson, that understands why we have the subjects we do and what they do to people?

There are very few situations for the word "always". Human beings always die, but other than that, very little is 'always'. It sounds as though you're upset about something, but the wording of your question is very unclear, to the point that it's almost impossible to answer.
