I guess you just weren't supposed to admit the secret! Jk, actually that's really stupid that you got a violation notice for that. There are so many people getting random violations for no reason now, it makes no sense.

Not at all! =P I don't know how you become a Top Contributer and I don't know why you would have gotten a violation notice or whatever that is. I'm sorry I just wanted to tell you that someone else is also confused and is there with you.

What did they say was the reason you got violated? Check your email and see. They usually tell you why. Notice I said usually, because they violated me a few times and didnt bother to give me a reason. But no, I don't see anything wrong with your answer. I just think they get a kick out of violating people for no reason sometimes.

No, you didn't do anything wrong. I got one yesterday for something just as silly. They said I was chatting. I can only assume that I didn't put "yes" or "no" or something like I was answering a question. I noticed, however, that I was the only person who got the violation when everyone else responded to the question the same way that I did. Don't worry about it.

i got so many violations that ******* yahell closed my whole account and now i have to start all over again. i was a level 3 and i don't even know why they kept giving my violations. i was getting about 3 a day and then last week i went to check my email and the butt plungers had cancelled my email and my account on yahoo answers. so that's why i'm a level 1 again. and i'll prolly get this account closed now since i have spoken my mind. i feel like i'm living in east germany when u weren't allowed to have free speach.

What did the violation notice say? They're supposed to give you a hint.

I believe they call that "neither a question nor an answer."
I collect those also, you should see the number I have. I am considering selling them to the Ripley's Believe it or Not museum in Dallas for an undisclosed amount of money.

People report answers that equate to 'I don't know' all the time. Technically, it's against the guidelines for 'not being an answer' but this place has bigger problems than that. Just ignore them.

there have been many strange things going on lately...in stupid violations and that dummy-self-appointed-morality-cop-reporter girl. Someone is jealous of the fun everyone has on P&S
