I am a young girl, only 21, but I have so much going on in my life right now and I've done nothing but think about life and how it works and growing older and all of that crazy stuff that goes along with life. I have one 3 yr old boy and a paralized husband so I know I'm under alot of stress but why am I thinking all this weird stuff about life and growing older and all that? I really hope someone knows what I'm talking about!

I feel for you, you have a lot to deal with. I was also 18 with a child and another one on the way and an alcoholic husband.
I can tell you from experience, life will get better. It will take probably 5-7 years, but as long as you keep cool and are there for your family and do the best you can, it will get better.
Once the child is in school maybe you get a part time job and then things will get even better. Your mid-life crisis is usually around 40-45, but by that time you've got it made and won't even know you have a crisis. Growing older you will get more experience and you will learn to deal with life on a different more mature level and it will get Better. Trust me.
I wish you all the best, keep your chin up and take one day at a time, enjoy it as much as you can and dream about the future.

different time for people. women general do not have their crisis till later 35 to 50 Men start eary 25 to 50 as a rule.

mid-life crisis? generally refers to the feeling that you have missed out on something in the past and want to make up time before it is too late. ie: the sports car you did not get due to family or the family you did not get due to work.

You appear to be going thru a stress crisis due to a heavey load of life cycle problems all atr once. However thinks about the future is normal with all the possible outcomes. Hope it all works out for you.

You care for your family and you are very young. I salute you. It is normal for all of us to wonder that the future holds. There is no "right" chronological age to go through a crisis. You have a lot on your plate. Do the best you can and don't over think things as this may lead you to not seeing what's in front of you. Like how beautiful life is and you have so many things to be greatful for...family and friends. Go with the flow... things will unravel on it's own... and don't forget...stress can have physical manifestations... your child needs you...good luck!

I'm 46 and haven't had a mid life crisis...yet!
You probably need someone to talk to, arrange for someone to come in and take some responsibility so you can get out more. Try some therapy, it will help you sort things out, its cant be an easy life with all that at such a young age.

Everyone goes through that when they are young and have responsibility. Yes, you have a lot on your plate. Please ask for help. You can't do it all alone.
