Hello i just want to know how to make a house in a fast way (5 secs.) im really tired of building and building for familys. Plz help!

just download a house or use the one that are already made. or go into the other cities and put a bunch of houses in the bin (where you can move the house) and use those

i'd say as a frequent sims player that there isnt a way unless u have either a really small house or pre built one.... there are sites where u can get more of these

either buy an existing house
or go to the lot button in the neighborhood which u can plot pre-made houses
or download lots online at http://thesims2.ea.com/ in the exchange

You can use a premade house if you want to. Just evict the family living there.

Just put a new piece of land with no house or nothing at all.

Just place one of the pre-built homes on the lot, and add to it as needed...
