First of all I have no job, I'm 18, I'm -300 in the bank, I got a speeding ticket which I haven't figured out how much is, becuase I havent called the court yet.

This is my problem, even if I got a part time job, I couldn't pay the bank & speeding ticket within a month. Also, my parents won't help(which they shouldn't) because they are having problems just paying the bills

Just call the number on the back of your ticket when it comes in the mail. Or just go to the court you would need to appear at if you were fighting it. I got several extensions before. That should save you a little time to get that account back up above negative. Just a quick note...if you really were at fault and still appear before the judge, just mention you are low on funds. Last year the judge totally cut my costs in 5ths! I'm by no means educated in legal matters so this may be unique to particular states and such. Good luck!

Talk to the bank see if there is something you can do to get your account back to a positive status.

As for the ticket if you can't afford to pay it when time comes go in front of the judge and explain your situation and ask for comunity service.

Its never to late to take the opportunity to grow up and become an adult.

I would say that most part-time jobs would give you the chance to earn that money within a month.

Have you thought about selling your car? Do you have access to public transportation?

Have you thought about getting two part-time jobs?

Go make a deposit and the sperm bank or blood bank - or eBay something or get a real job and work your way out as fast or as slowly as you can!

Sell your computer. That should give you at least some money to get even with the bank.
