You'll want to be in the Far Northeast (north of Cottman Avenue). The Bustleton (zip code 19115) & Somerton (zip code 19116) are some of the nicer areas. You can also look in the Fox Chase neighborhood (it's right on the border with Montgomery County)

Far Northeast is correct. The zip 19154 is good as well.

actually that depends alot on you price range (if you looking to buy) and if you drive or not. but as others have said Foxchase is a very nice and also very expensive place to live(house price and land tax wise) but if you looking for a nice place thats not to expensive i suggest rawnherst its close to foxchase but less expensive and a little closer to the city but still a very nice place to live
