I want to send a message to a Dutch person on Xbox Live but I dont speak Dutch :(
Ive tried Google translator aswell, it doesnt translate to Dutch :(

I spend a lot of time in the Netherlands, and have lots of friends there.
I have always found that Dutch people speak very good English (in some cases better than british people).
So try English first.
Even if your Dutch person doesn't have good English, there's a very good chance they'll know someone who can help.

http://babelfish.altavista.com/ (better known as Babel Fish -- name from Douglas Adams' books) will let you do whole sentences (use the pull-down for "English to Dutch" or vice versa). Goed geluk!
Many of the Dutch are multi-lingual (whereas we struggle with the one language).
