today at this school party we touched some halepeno peppers and we touched them and then didn't know they were still on our fingers and touched our eyes, i got it out with some eye cleaner but he didn't get any, so what can i say to him that will help him stop being burned, his fingers, his eyes and that stuff, so what can help him?>

Just rinse eyes continously with cool water and put the hands into a bowl with milk or yogurt it will help with the stinging, and then it just takes time.
