Hey guys, I wasn't really interested on TV shows untill I watched Nip/Tuck. After I was done with all 4 seasons, I started watching Lost, and I'm about to finish the second season. I'm not planning to watch the third one until it comes out on DVD, what TV show should I watch now? You know, like the Office, 24, Scrubs, Grey's Anatomy and many more. So what do you guys think I should watch and why?

Heroes...It is definitely one of the best shows to some around i a long time. The challenges that each "hero" faces isn't overshadowed by wimpy fake fights or cheesy dramatic dialog. The writers give you enough answers to the questions so you are not confused but they keep enough secret so you are glued to the television.

you sound like me. i started watching "nip/tuck" on dvd, loved it, and then when i was through with "nip/tuck" i began watching "lost." loved that too. since then, i've watched the entire series of "six feet under," "the sopranos," "dexter" and "grey's anatomy." i highly, highly recommend all four. "sopranos" and "six feet under" were obviously on the air for many years, so there are a *lot* of episodes to get through, but it's highly worth it for both. "dexter" has only been on the air one season (and i'm not sure if it's even on dvd yet) but it's the most original show i've seen in years - and really, really twisted. grey's anatomy is fun, light, addictive and easy to watch.
i don't think you can go wrong with any of those. hope this helps a little - i know there are lots of people on this thread, everyone with different opinions about what to watch!

Smallville or 4400 if your into sci fi stuff..both are really great shows. 4400 is a bit more complex then the average show (probably alot like Lost) but it really sucks you into the storyline. One of the main character is a little girl and you can't help but fall in love with her and everyone else.
Smallville is great for the super-man-in-his-angst-teen-years drama. If you start off with season 1 you can watch him evolve into a great super hero. Speaking of which..when Heros hits DVD..you HAVE to watch it..its sooooo great!

I am currently watching ER on Dvd . There are 6 seasons already out on DVD !! Great show .

Grey's anatomy is definitely worth watching. it is a comedic drama that will hook you right away. its a very original show, and i love the casting of Ellen pompeo and the whole "mcdreamy" thing. also, the love triangles make it totally interesting as well as dealing with emotionally and physically scarred patients.

The Jeremy Kyle Show. It has great knowledge of other people's experience and gets you familiar with reality and could help you get familiar with future problems. Remember what John Bunnell from "Worlds Wildest Police Videos" says...."knowledge is power"!

CSI las vegas is really good, and any one of the law and order is good plus it's on like three channels so you can watch it all the time

South of Nowhere its about these two girls who fall in luv and then one of them cant tell her mom about it because she is a total homophobe. But the other one is a rockstars daughter, but it is very good. I AM STRAIGHT I JUST LIKE THE SHOW. answered by my friend.
