I am 38 weeks pregnant and I have really noisy neighbours, they have been given 8 weeks to find somewhere to go, by the landlord (she owns both places) but since they found out they have been kicked out they have gotten even worse, we are talking lound music screaming throwing bottles beeping car horns at 4 in the morning, all within 4 metres of my bedroom window. I am getting little enou gh sleep as it is, and I want this sorted before the baby comes. Any ideas? I cant just go and talk to em about it, as one of them is incredibly violent, and he scares me.

Ugh...how inconsiderate of them!
I would call the police. Noise disturbance IS a crime.

1. Call your landlord IMMEDIATELY and tell him what you are hearing. He should not want them in there for that long at all if he hears they are mistreating the place like that.
2. Call the police. You can put in a noise complaint and they will visit WITHOUT letting them know who made the complaint.
3. Move out and/or find another safe place for your baby and your family until they are gone. You will have enough going on without worrying about your neighbors and you don't have the time to work it out with them when they are moving and so disrespectful!
4. Be brave and approach them like adults...
If you don't want to though you can get a couple guy friends to ask nicely or explain your situation. Maybe some sort of resolution can be resolved.
Good luck!

All you can do is call the law but as soon as the law leaves they will keep on doing what they are doing because they have nothing to lose since they have to leave from there.
I use to have loud neighbors until they finally moved (well they were kicked out)....I live next to an apartment complex, well not that close but i can hear when someone is playing loud music or screaming.
That is it, call the law.

I would definitely call the cops, every night if you have to. You might also call the landlord, just to let her know. She may change the deadline for them to get out.
Hopefully the police will either make an impact on them, or arrest them eventually.
Good luck with your little one!

Call the police. Repeatedly.
Believe me, they will sort it out. They don't have time to deal with this kind of crap.
