My high school had a psychology class, but I don't know if all/most/some do. However, when I got to college there were so many more psychology classes available. (1 in HS to 20-30 [approximately] in college.) And the subjects were much more diverse and in depth in college. Are you referring to classes outside of a school setting? I've never heard of any but that doesn't mean they don't exist. Sorry I can't be of more help since I think that last part is to which you were referring.
Oh, this may be of use to you... my HS offered a sociology course. If yours does you should take it. Sociology or a related course was required at the two colleges I went to and it has a lot to do with psychology. Individuals make up the society. Without one, you don't have the other. Also, there's the field of social psychology which incorporates this idea, among others.

You can also consider enrolling a high school student in a community college psychology course. They have a special enrollment status for high school students.
