i would like to say your pretty the way you are and if someone doesn't appreciate that then they aren't worth your time!
Here are some Beauty Tips:
1- Get Highlights- This will catch his eye but if your a brunette like myself don't get blonde because no offense to any1 with them, they look a bit trashy, I would go with red/bronze (not PUNK red but cute)
2- Clothes- Wear nice cute outfits and not the same thing over and over again, you need to get his attention. Try shopping at Hollister, Abercrombie, Victoria Secret- Pink, Nordstrom B.P but don't dress trashy cuz surveys said guys ARN'T in the whole trashy idea.
3-Make-up: Dont look like a clown but put on some eyeliner and a cute lipgloss; dont over do it. Try buying the make-up at Sephora or try Target
4-Become more outgoing: Be flirty, fun, wild but dont over-do it to be annoying.
5- Dont do drugs, alcohol, and that stuff cuz its a waste of time and is soooo unattractive.
6- Get pampered- Go get your nails done and a possible facial.
*Remember stay true to yourself and "popular" isnt the girl who all the guys talk about because chances are THAT GIRL gets talked about for reasons that ARN'T that nice.

need some helpful tips? fashion fades, always do, do you really think its nice to be popular? okey, if you must, then attend all the extra gigs you know with gusto,wear smart clothes with a little kinky on the side,not just join but excel in every competition available in school, beauty and brains are the key to popularity,remember being popular requires both, if you dont have have them side by side, then dont even try to flaunt it!

be friendly. dont act stuck up and snotty like the typical "popular" girl does. think about your good qualities and let other people see them too.
take care of yourself, inside and out. (skin, hair, exercise, self-esteem, confidence etc.)
just dont try and be someone you are not, because you never know who may already like you ; )

be outgoing! and smart! guys are into that now. and um, show the goods ! alots , have alot of girlfriends and dont act like your trying too hard.
