This is pre-seminal fluid. It is produced by the Cowper's gland. This happens when you are extremely turned on; also, it neutralizes any urine in the urethra because urine will kill sperm. Pre-seminal fluid can carry some sperm so be careful; that's why the "pulling out method" does not always work as a birth control method. It's normal; don't worry about it.

It's called pre-ejaculation. it's not exactly like the sperm that you ejaculate during\after sex.
but it may contain some sperm and there is a chance of your woman getting pregnant.
