Teletubbies is a british childrens program where several coloured lumpy creatures play around exclaiming sounds like "yay" and "awhhhh" happily. Occasionaly they show clips of kids doing things/going places, i.e. a movie of kids going to a petting zoo and a voice over explains what's going on. Then they show the same clip again because for some reason they think that infants aren't smart enough to pick up on stuff the first time when in reality, they're faster learners than adults.
I don't know who the actors are though, if that's what you're asking.
