My 3 year old son has a Thomas Train Track that is plastic obviously. He has a good 'ol time playing with it until his 1 year old sister comes along and destroys the train track. lol.

I was wondering if there was a cheap and easy way to make the train track not come apart. I was thinking about super gluing the pieces together but wanted to check here first.

Any tips or suggestions?? All the help is greatly appreciated!

probably better off with super glue. If the kids get the fishing line or thread off...that could be bad

I used fishing line to tie and knot the inner "cross peices of each track end together. It snips right off for storage, takes just minutes to do, damages nothing, and lasts through most children! :)

Regular thread will work just as well, you'll just need to do it a few more "wraps" each time.
