Well, first i wouldn't want to get close enough to notice...I like my assets...But if it was a nice one, i have stuff we use on the horses and that would clear things up...That darn dragon would owe me one tho....

First boil some water, let it cool then add some salt. Then find a ladder and climb up (note....be very careful, he may not like this) Gently tip all the water in his eye and hope for the best.
If this doesn't work, you may need to take him to the vet. Look up Dragon vet in the Yellow pages, there should be one in the nearest town to you. You'll have to coax him to come as they don't usually like vets. Tell him there are lots of small children there to eat and it should work.

Splash the eye with cold water.Bathe it with a wet cloth.That will work.
