how do you move the thing at the bottom of your screen to the top???

the thing that as the start menu and all the programs your running, and on the very right the time? how do you move that from bottom to top, and back again?

Taskbar

Right-click on it (not where a program tab is) and make sure "Lock the Taskbar" is not checked. You can then click and drag it to any side of the screen.
