well if you have parental consent and are pregnant then you can........but seriously this is not a good idea at all, i've been with my husband since i was 13 so i'm not saying it won't work but we didn't get married untill i was 25. there is no need to get married at such a young age. just stay together and enjoy life. and when you are both older and able to live on your own then make that decision. goodluck

Some States in the South you can Marry with the parents consent at the age of 14. Oregon is 18, most other states as well.

Oh no, not that young honey. Due to recent events if minors marry in an approved state (that approves it) and they return back to their home state that doesnt approve they or their parents may get in trouble big time. Its also similar to the gay marriage issue - its legal in a couple of states but once you go over that board to a state that does not have that established the marriage is not valid. Good luck and I really hope you are not the 13 yr old getting married!

No state would allow a 13 and a 15 year old to marry. You can get married anywhere, but you have to be older than 18.

1) Don't drag your parents into this.
2) You're not even old enough to drop out of school. You aren't old enough to be married.
3) I'm sure you're in love. BUT you're far too young to get married. Marriage is TOUGH and requires more than love.

you should be asking yourself why the need to get married so young? and where do you both plan on living at those ages and whose supporting you. if your answer is your parents, then you're way to young. whats wrong with just being in love and "going out" like boyfriend/girlfriend. marriage is a big step and an ignorant step for someone under the age of 18. and personally I don't think anyone of that age should be getting married.

you would need a notarized letter from both parents, your birth certificate and social security cards, also identification. Go to the court and get a marriage certificate and then to a chapel, church...etc and get married. I would suggest that you wait, you are two young and don't realize that people change and feelings grow apart.

Move to Tennessee. You can then marry your first cousin.
Of course your not old enough to drive yet so I guess the greyhound bus is your only answer.

You both will need a valid identification, a certified copy of your birth certificate, parental consent, AND one of the parents or legal guardians must be present at the wedding.
