It is so funny that you said that those happen to be my favorite shows ever and if i had to choose between them i would to say monk because he takes you on an new adventure every time one week he's on a farm the next at a high school Reunion where as in scrubs they battle with there issues in one place just like Grey's anatomy which is so typical.

monk. He is hilarious but I've never seen scrubs so i don't know but it would have to be good to beat monk.

Well, for pure comedy it would have to be Scrubs. MONK is funny, but also has a serious plot (Murder).
