There are still 24 hours in a day, except on the 11th when we will in effect lose one hour. The clocks will be set ahead one hour at 2:00 a. m.
Other that that day the amount of sleep will be the same depending on what time you go to bed and get up.

We will sleep an hour less, just for that night when the time changes. After that we sleep the same.

The time change should not have any effect on whether you sleep more or less. You will lose an hour of time but hey, just go to bed an hour earlier than you normally do or wake up an hour later and you won't lose any sleep.

Spring forward...you will sleep an hour less! What feels like 8:00 AM will now be 9:00AM.
You get the hour back in November when you fall back

LESS, but realistically........you are going to sleep the same. You are still going to go to bed at....say 10 and get up at 6.....
its just that it would have been 9 and 5 so until your body gets use to it.......your actual sleep time will be less.

That depends on what time you go to bed and what time you awaken. My hours of 10:30 P.M. to 6:00 A.M. will not change. So, I will lose 1 hour of sleep the first night only, and gain it back when daylight savings ends.

You can sleep as much or as little as you like!
The time that we lose, one hour, is subtracted from Sunday morning. If you go to church early, you just have to go to sleep earlier to make up the difference.
You won't get less sleep unless you intentionally go to bed at the same time and try to get up at the same time as last weekend.

You'll sleep the same amount of time, overall, but the time
of day will be different. Example: if you go to bed at
midnight, and wake at 8 am, it's still 8 hours, except the
clock will say 9 am , assuming you changed it before you
went to bed. But you still slept 8 hours.

Depends on when you go to sleep and when you wake up.
We will have a 23 hour Sunday this month and next fall we'll have a 25 hour Sunday. It all washes out in the long run.
